NICE CXone
WebRTC Redirection
Keep CXone Agent in the hosted browser and move voice media to the agent’s physical endpoint. The browser extension and Receiver App work together so microphone, speaker, and WebRTC run on the device.
Browser plug-in
Deploy the hosted-session extension through one channel per browser profile: Corporate (self-hosted on
extensions.nice-receiver-app.com) or Chrome Web Store.
Force-install only one channel, and block the other channel’s IDs plus the public NICE store listing.
Product documentation and Receiver downloads live on docs.nice-receiver-app.com.

Self-hosted enterprise channel
Signed CRXs published from the enterprise extension host.

ChromeOS Receiver
Store listing channel
Use when Chrome Web Store distribution is required. Update host is Google’s CRX service. Force-install the store ID and block the Corporate IDs on that OU.

Current production build for each supported endpoint. ThinOS includes Isolated (ci_nice) and Native (ci_nicenat) packages on one card.
ChromeOS Corporate ships with this site’s enterprise channel; the Chrome Web Store Receiver is available from the listing above.
This host is limited to about 500 MB. Fresh builds in Source/artifacts are preferred over Archive. macOS DMGs can be dropped into artifacts after building on a Mac.
Windows and smaller packages download from this site when they fit; larger packages download from the Receiver file store.

Overview
NICE WebRTC Redirection associates the hosted browser session with the endpoint Receiver through the NICE matchmaking service. Voice media then travels between the physical endpoint and NICE CXone — matchmaking is for pairing and control only.
Hosted browser extension
Runs where CXone Agent runs. Chooses the Receiver path and exchanges call signaling over the peer tunnel.
Endpoint Receiver
Desktop app (Windows / Linux / ThinOS) or ChromeOS extension that owns mic, speaker, and the WebRTC media peer.
Matchmaking
One-time pairing over WSS. After ICE exchange, the peer tunnel is established and the matchmaker connection is dropped.
Documents
Customer product guides for readiness, Receiver deployment, and VDI policy.
